Job Discription:
1. Analyzes complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions. Working with information engineers to find solutions to manage business activities
2. Supervising a team of workers, while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors
3. Directs and prioritizes the work load of subordinate personnel.
4. Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.
5. Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and recovery systems and processes
6. Approves all business requirements prior to the technical solution.
7. Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.
8. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX; ERP implementation, programing, reporting.
9. Experience in RMS; RMS application & implementation.
10. Experience in IT Software & Services over Design, Develop, Implementation & Support.
11. Performs salary administration.
12. Delivering strong reporting system.
13. Leading efforts to improve IT processes.
