• Works closely with sales representatives as a technical consultant during the sales and after sales process
• Answers technical questions and conducts demonstrations of product expressions and new features to prospects and to various groups within existing customer accounts
• Provides technical descriptions and content for proposals in response
• Provides product installation problem resolution and support.
• Provides technical training for certain product
• Gathers ongoing prospect/customer feedback and related information- Extensive studying of all the jobs formwork needs
• Preparation of scaffolding and formwork systems
• Developing the most cost-effective formwork/scaffolding designs
• Carrying out site visits to inspect and certify the work on sites
• Reviews architectural and structural drawings and produce a complete formwork and scaffolding solution
• Evaluate man-hours required to install each scaffolding work order and ensure contractor meets these constraints
• Advises on the stacking of the scaffolding in the yard as per their relation
• Coordinates with head office Manager to provide an inspection program for all scaffold structure on all sites
