About the Job
Traditional secretarial and receptionist duties, such as: greeting visitors, operating the phone system, answering the central phone, transferring messages, Demonstrate mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate skilled use of copiers, fax, printers, calculators, and digital scanning to file folders.
Accurately manage, count, balance and record petty cash records, recycling account records, Maintain database of birth dates for people supported, and route birthday cards to be signed and distributed to people supported.
Prepare weekly e-newsletter. Receiving calls and forwarding to the concerned department.
•Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences..
•Ordering office supplies
•Reporting directly to the Admin Manager & assisting her in her day affairs when required
•Performing other general administrative duties assigned from time to time
•Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
•Provide general support to visitors
•Develop and maintain a filing system
•Photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
