JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and MS project
Planning for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed
Creating cash flow forecasts for each project
Collect periodic updates and prepare, weekly and monthly updates of the project
Monitoring critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Timely issue of quality project planning deliverables & progress reports.
Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and executive progress reports that demonstrate the S. Curve.
Preparing resource histograms for each project and integrate a master construction plan for follow up.
Preparing invoicing plans and discussing progress with management team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience Needed: 3 To 5 Years
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architect Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
P6, Excel, MS project and Power Point.
