We are looking for a talented Social Media Moderator to create, maintain, and moderate strong online presence
Your role is to attain customer queries and support them through social media accounts. You will develop the original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand.
Ultimately, one should be able to increase the web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Provides high quality customer service by replying customer enquiries efficiently and politely with correct and complete information and redirects them where appropriate
Provides customers with services and campaign specific information through managed social media channels
Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities through social media
Monitors brand reputational risk and ensures compliance to all regulatory and legislative requirements, when dealing with queries and complaints that are raised on social media platforms
Responsible for follow-up on customer inquiry and assigned case until resolution.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years in brand management and customer engagement on social media platforms
