Is recruiting Operations system agent

Job description:

Communicate and deal with the shipping areas based in Cairo & Alexandria.
Dealing with customers and couriers.
Follow up with the orders and the customers complain.

Qualifications:

Males only
Education: Graduate
Military Status: Postponed, Completed, Exempted
Experience: 1-2 years.
Key Skills: Excellent communication skills
Call center experience is preferred
Must be good in English.

Working Hours: only 9 working hours per day, 6 days in week single day off.
Salary: 1400-1600 L.E
Work location will be in Tahrir square.
