The conditions:
Must hold high qualification prefer bachelor of (tourism and hotels)
Experience not less than 2 years as home delivery manager
Must have previously worked in international companies Kentucky, McDonald‘s, Hardee‘s, Burger King Pizza hat ,Cook door, etc.
Fluent in English
Functional tasks:
Daily decision making, employee performance appraisal, customer interaction and satisfaction seeking, responsibility for operational efficiency and profitability of birth units. And develops and implements plans for improvements to continuous delivery services, maximizing profits, and increasing sales.
Responsible for general guidance, coordination, scheduling and evaluation to assign a restaurant delivery function. Assume supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Organization‘s policies and applicable laws. Recruitment responsibilities may include, train delivery drivers and system detainees; plan, assign and direct work; assess; handle complaints and solve problems.
