responsibilities

• implement strategic Sales & Marketing plans that will assist the sales team in achieving and exceeding the sales revenue.
• Oversee report trends and recommend areas of improvement for all aspects of sales department.
• Create, implement and maintain department policy and procedures for sales department and identify automation and process improvement and follow-through to implementation.
• Coaching, mentoring, motivating, development and performance management of staff in support of overall customer sales satisfaction and service.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with industry alliances and prospects that meet accredited employee’s status.
• Help the Sales & Marketing Director developing the annual sales plan in support of the company’s strategy and business objectives.
• Manage lead and client tracking, sales processing and database management for the sales Managers.
General qualifications:
• Experience in sales management is must
• 3-5 Years of experience in sales field Male or Female
• University degree
• Good command of English
• Negotiation, leadership and reporting skills
• Ability for numerical analysis
