Job Description:
1- Responsible for managing all sales activities in his/her team.
2-Responsible for recruiting a new sales agents to expand his/her team.
3-Directing sales agents to achieve the designed target across all products by giving infield support.
4- Developing, training and support team members to enhance their capabilities.
5-Reporting the daily sales activities to the sales manager.
Experiences & Qualifications:
2 - 4 years as sales team leader - Sales Techniques - Leadership skills- Communication skills- Pc and Ms Office knowledge - Motivates & inspires others
