Job purpose:
- Directs department operations ;
- Takes the lead role in initiating and implementing operational processes improvements, organizational changes and operational policies and procedures ;
- Monitors budget allocation , expenditures , and related operational cost to identify potential performance improvement opportunities ; participate and contribute in short and long term business strategies planning and formulating for the company to achieve its goal.
